Buyer Analytics

The Buying Analytics dashboard allows you to review your buyers' Fairmarkit request for quote event activity. With a variety of reports, you can compare request for quote event statistics, supplier engagement, awarded savings, and processing time. Only users assigned to the Observer, Supervisor, or Admin role can access this dashboard.

Access dashboard

1. From the top menu, select Analytics.

2. From the Reports menu, select Buyer Analytics.

Reports

From the Buying Analytics dashboard, you can view the following reports:

• User Overview

• Awarded Savings by User

• Suppliers Invited vs. Bids Received

• Total RFQs by Status per User

• Average Processing Times (including weekends)

• Reasons for Awarding to Non-lowest Bid
