The Requests Requiring Action section contains reports listing the events that need attention.

Note: If you have a significant number of draft events that are no longer eligible to be opened, please open a ticket with [email protected] to bulk archive events within a specific date range.

RFQs in Draft Status That Need To Be Opened

The RFQs in Draft Status That Need To Be Opened report provides a list of all request for quote events in Draft status that need to be opened.

Description

Created At Date

Displays the date the event was created.

Days Since RFQ Created

Displays the number of days since the event was created.

Title

Displays the event Title.

Country

Displays the country assigned to the event. The country is assigned based on the Shipping Address selected for the event. Because Shipping Address is an optional field, it is possible for the Country to be blank (null).

Category List

Displays the categories assigned to the event.

Baseline Spend

Displays your baseline spend on an item, service, category, or in general in Fairmarkit for a specified period of time.

When a Benchmark value is provided, Baseline Spend will reflect the Benchmark value. The Benchmark value may be imported from or calculated based on values in your purchasing application or manually entered on an event.

When a benchmark isn't provided, Baseline Spend will be calculated as the average of supplier responses, excluding any outliers.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of the event. This includes the RFQ ID (with a link), Request ID, Status, Created at Date, Title, Baseline Spend USD, Cost Avoidance, and Cost Savings.

Requester

Displays the user who requested the event. This is automatically filled if the event was created on the Fairmarkit intake form or if it was included when an event was imported via API or an integration.

Buyer Name

Displays the name of the buyer assigned to the event.

Fairmarkit RFQ ID

Displays the customer's identification number for the event.

RFQs in Closed Status That Need To Be Actioned

The RFQs in Closed Status That Need To Be Actioned report provides a list of all request for quote events in Closed status that need to be awarded.

Closed Date

Displays the date the event was closed.

Days Since RFQ Closed

Displays the number of days since the event was closed.

Created at Date

Displays the date the event was created.

Title

Displays the event Title.

Country

Identified Savings (USD)

Displays the sum of identified, potential savings for your opened events. Identified savings is calculated at the line item level as Baseline - Lowest Bid. This value doesn't include alternative items.

Invited Suppliers

Displays the number of suppliers invited to the event.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of the event. This includes the RFQ ID (with Link), Request ID, Created at Date, Status, Title, Requester Title, and Full Name.

Bids Received

Displays the number of supplier responses you received on the event.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of supplier responses to the event. This includes a breakdown for each response, including the RFQ ID (with a link), Title, Email, Title, Domain Name, Sent Date, Submitted Date, Amount Total USD, Status Decoded (Custom Sort), and UUID Link.

Requester

Displays the user who requested the event. This is automatically filled if the event was created on the Fairmarkit intake form or if it was included when an event was imported via API or an integration.

Buyer Name

Displays the name of the buyer assigned to the event.

Fairmarkit RFQ ID

Displays the customer's identification number for the event.
