The Average Hours in Each Status report summarizes the average number of hours buyers took to move request for quote events between statuses. Weekend hours are included in the average hours. For more information on event statuses, see Event status (Buyers).

Average hours created to opened (green)

Displays the average number of hours between when a request for quote event was created and then moved to Opened status. Only events that have been in Opened status are included.

If you drill into this value, you can review and download a list of events. This includes a breakdown for each event, including the RFQ ID (with a link), Request ID, Created at Date, Status, Title, Requester Title, and Full Name.

Average hours open to close (blue)

Displays the average number of hours between when a request for quote event was in an Opened status and then moved to Closed status. Only events that have been in Closed status are included.

Average hours closed to awarded (purple)

Displays the average number of hours between when a request for quote event was in an Closed status and then moved to Awarded status. Only events that have been in Awarded status are included.
