# Download data

As you're reviewing your dashboards and reports, you can download your data to a variety of formats.

### Download dashboard data <a href="#downloaddashboarddata" id="downloaddashboarddata"></a>

To download all of the data from one of your dashboards:

For your dashboard, click the **menu**  button, and select Download.\
The Download window displays.

In **Format**, select if you want to download the dashboard in PDF or CSV format.

Set the remaining values as needed.

Click **Download**.

To download data from one of your reports:

Hover over the top, right corner of a report, click the menu button, and select Download Data.\
The Download window displays.

In **Format**, select one of the following formats:

* TXT (tab-separated values)
* Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)
* CSV
* JSON
* HTML
* Markdown
* PNG (image of visualization)

Set the Advanced data options as needed.

Click **Download**.
