# Event Performance

The Event Performance report provides a summary of request for proposal and request for information events. Events are organized by their created date. The report summarizes basic event information, the number of suppliers invited and responded, and the total event estimated value and projected savings.

| Column                             | Description                                                              |
| ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| ID                                 | Displays the event ID.                                                   |
| Title                              | Displays the event title.                                                |
| Event Type                         | Displays the event type (RFP or RFI).                                    |
| Status                             | Displays the event status.                                               |
| Business Unit                      | Displays the business unit associated with the event.                    |
| Created Date                       | Displays the date the event was created.                                 |
| Opened at Date                     | Displays the date the event was opened.                                  |
| Buyer Name                         | Displays the name of a buyer who owns the event.                         |
| Supplier Responses                 | Displays the total number of supplier responses to the buyer's events.   |
| Invited suppliers                  | Displays the total number of suppliers invited to the buyer's events.    |
| Total RFP Estimated Value in USD   | Displays the total estimated value of all of the buyer's events.         |
| Total RFP Projected Savings in USD | Displays the total projected savings value of all of the buyer's events. |
