# Usage Overview

The Usage Overview report provides a high-level overview of your request for proposal and request for information events, including a summary of event activity, estimated value, and projected savings.

**RFP & RFI**: This report includes totals for both request for proposal and request for information events. If you want to filter by event type, use the *Is RFI filter*.

| ---------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Total Event Count                  | Displays the total number of events.                                   |
| Total RFP Estimated Value in USD   | Displays the total estimated value of all events.                      |
| Total RFP Projected Savings in USD | Displays the total projected savings value of all events.              |
| # Sent to Suppliers                | Displays the number of events sent to suppliers.                       |
| # Currently Drafted                | Displays the number of events in Draft status.                         |
| # Currently Open                   | Displays the number of events in Opened status.                        |
| # Pending Award                    | Displays the number or events that are closed and ready to be awarded. |
| # Awarded                          | Displays the number of awarded events.                                 |
| # Canceled                         | Displays the number of canceled events.                                |
