Usage Overview

The Usage Overview report provides a high-level overview of your request for proposal and request for information events, including a summary of event activity, estimated value, and projected savings.

RFP & RFI: This report includes totals for both request for proposal and request for information events. If you want to filter by event type, use the Is RFI filter.

Data	Description
Total Event Count	Displays the total number of events.
Total RFP Estimated Value in USD	Displays the total estimated value of all events.
Total RFP Projected Savings in USD	Displays the total projected savings value of all events.
# Sent to Suppliers	Displays the number of events sent to suppliers.
# Currently Drafted	Displays the number of events in Draft status.
# Currently Open	Displays the number of events in Opened status.
# Pending Award	Displays the number or events that are closed and ready to be awarded.
# Awarded	Displays the number of awarded events.
# Canceled	Displays the number of canceled events.
