Diverse Suppliers: Invitations by Month

The Diverse Suppliers: Invitations by Month report uses a chart to compare the monthly total number of request for quote events against events where at least one diverse supplier was invited. A line graph shows the percentage of events where a diverse supplier was invited.

Data	Description
RFQs w/ Diverse Suppliers (yellow bar)	Displays the total number of request for quote events where a diverse supplier was invited. If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of events included. This includes Opened at (Date, Week, or Time) Quotations, Vendor Count, RFQs w/Diverse Vendors, Total Opened RFQs, and % Requests with Diverse Vendors.
Total Opened RFQs (blue bar)	Displays the total number of request for quote events that have been opened. This includes closed, awarded, and canceled events. If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of events included. This includes the RFQ ID (with Link), Request ID, Created at Date, Status, Title, Requester Title, and Full Name.
% of Requests with Diverse Suppliers (purple line)	Displays the percentage of request for quote events where a diverse supplier was invited. This value is calculated for request for quote events as events with diverse suppliers / total number of opened events. If you drill into this value, you can review and download a summary of events included. This includes Opened at (Date, Week, or Time) Quotations, Vendor Count, RFQs w/Diverse Vendors, Total Opened RFQs, and % Requests with Diverse Vendors.
