# Coupa integration

Coupa is a technology platform for business spend management. With the Coupa integration, you can sync your purchase requisitions, supplier data, and purchase order data with Fairmarkit. With the purchase requisition sync, your purchase requisitions are imported into Fairmarkit, creating request for quote events. Once you award an event, Fairmarkit sends the awarded data back to Coupa to update and approve your purchase requisition, readying it to become a purchase order. The Coupa integration also supports bundling, partial awarding, and sending back requisition information for canceled and archived events.

Note: Before using the Coupa integration, you'll need to complete the prerequisite setup. [For more information, see Setup in Coupa](/buyers/integrations/coupa-integration/setup-in-coupa.md).
