Should I use Fairmarkit PunchOut?
Fairmarkit PunchOut is a solid, first-stage integration path that requires minimal involvement from your IT team and allows you to get set up and running in a matter of hours and days rather than weeks or months. However, Fairmarkit PunchOut is limited integration and only covers basic integrated flows. This includes login (PunchOut) to Fairmarkit and sending back (PunchIn) single or multiline awarded events to your purchasing application.
If your organization requires more advanced integrated flows, including routing and ingesting purchase requisitions or request for quote events from your purchasing application to Fairmarkit, splitting or transforming purchase requisitions or request for quote events to or from Fairmarkit, or any other customization, Fairmarkit suggests a flat file or API integration. Contact your Fairmarkit Customer Success Representative to discuss your options further.
