SAP ECC integration

SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC) is an on-premises enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. With the SAP ECC integration, you can sync your purchase requisition, supplier, and purchase order data with Fairmarkit. Purchase requisitions and suppliers can be scheduled to upload batches of data on a recurring basis and one-time data uploads are also supported.

Important: Before using the integration, you'll need to complete the prerequisite setup in SAP ECC. For more information, see Setup in SAP ECC.

Overview

• Purchase order sync: With the purchase order sync, your can import your SAP ECC purchase order to Fairmarkit.

• Purchase requisition sync: With the SAP ECC integration, you can sync your purchase requisitions with Fairmarkit, creating request for quote events, once you award an event, Fairmarkit exports the awarded data for use in SAP ECC.

• Supplier sync: With the supplier sync, your suppliers created in SAP ECC are imported and created or updated in Fairmarkit.
