SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a cloud-based ERP software designed to help you run your business. With the SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration, you can sync your purchase requisition and supplier data with Fairmarkit. With the purchase requisition sync, your purchase requisitions are imported into Fairmarkit, creating request for quote events; once the event is awarded, the awarded data is sent back to SAP S/4HANA Cloud to update your purchase requisition.

Overview

You can move your data between SAP S/4Hana Cloud and Fairmarkit in the following ways:

• Purchase requisitions sync: With the purchase requisition sync, your purchase requisitions created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud are imported into Fairmarkit, and request for quote events are created. When your event is awarded in Fairmarkit, the awarded data is sent back to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and your purchase requisition is updated.

• Supplier sync: With the supplier sync, your suppliers created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud are imported and created in Fairmarkit.
