How does the ServiceNow SPO integration work?

Without ever leaving the ServiceNow SPO interface, you can take advantage of Fairmarkit’s autonomous sourcing capabilities on any purchase requests in ServiceNow SPO that competitive bids.

Are there any requirements?

You'll need to meet the following criteria:

• Fairmarkit user

• ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations customer

  • Must be on Vancouver release of ServiceNow SPO or later

How do I get started?

If you want to enable the ServiceNow SPO integration, contact your Fairmarkit Customer Success Manager. You will need to complete some installation and configurations in ServiceNow SPO, and work with Fairmarkit to set up accounts.

How does this process work?

Open a sourcing request (ServiceNow SPO)

In ServiceNow SPO Source-to-Pay Operations, you will need to create a sourcing request goods or services.

Create event, add suppliers, & submit (Fairmarkit)

If the request matches you organization's requirements for automated sourcing, Fairmarkit automatically creates an event. Using AI technology and the event details, Fairmarkit recommends and invites the best suppliers for your event and submits it.

Send supplier responses (Fairmarkit)

When suppliers respond to your event, Fairmarkit instantaneously sends their responses to ServiceNow SPO.

Review and award

Review and award your preferred response. Once awarded, ServiceNow SPO automatically creates a purchase requisition and submits it to the approval chain to become a purchase order.

Notify suppliers

After awarding, Fairmarkit notifies the winning supplier to look for a purchase order.

From ServiceNow SPO, you can:
