# Quick start: Grainger integration

### 1. Create your request for quote event. <a href="#id-1createyourrequestforquoteevent" id="id-1createyourrequestforquoteevent"></a>

Create a new request for quote event. Make sure that the Shipping address is in the United States.

### 2. Add goods-type line items <a href="#id-2addgoodstypelineitems" id="id-2addgoodstypelineitems"></a>

You must add at least one goods-type line item to your event. Add either the Auto quote # (Grainger item code) or MFG # for each line item. In addition, the Quantity must be an integer and an UOM that matches Grainger for Auto quote # or MFG #.

### 3. Invite a Grainger sales representative <a href="#id-3inviteagraingersalesrepresentative" id="id-3inviteagraingersalesrepresentative"></a>

In the Supplier invites area, make sure to invite at least one Grainger sales representative.
