# View Executive Summary & Award Details

After you have awarded your request for proposal event, you can view the Executive Summary and Award Details to review an event overview, a supplier participation summary, award details, attached scoring worksheets, savings details, additional cost and savings, and notes.

1. From the event list, click on an event to view it.
2. On the left side of the screen under Activity, select **Executive Summary**.\
   The Executive Summary & Award Details screen displays.
