The email subject will be:

* (Buyer company name) Procurement - Quote Closing Soon\
  example: *AM Productions Procurement - Quote Closing Soon)*

### Email content <a href="#emailcontent" id="emailcontent"></a>

The email includes:

* Buyer company name
* Event details\
  (Close date and time, event ID, shipping method, shipping address, preferred delivery date)
* Summary of line items\
  (Description, Manufacturer, Quantity)
* Link to respond
* Link to message buyer
* Link to decline the event
