The email subject will be:

Email content

The email includes:

• Buyer company name

• Event details (Close date and time, event ID, shipping method, shipping address, preferred delivery date)

• Summary of line items (Description, Manufacturer, Quantity)

• Link to respond

• Link to message buyer

• Link to decline the event
