FAQ

Where can I find maintenance screens, like Suppliers, Addresses, or Templates?

The Administration screen is now available to all users, and the available tabs are dependent on your assigned role and your company's configuration settings. The Suppliers, Supplier groups, Templates, Price books, and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm screens are now tabs on the Administration screen.

Where can I find Analytics?

If you have access, the Analytics option is available from the main menu.

How can I customize my Events list? Filters? Columns?

By default, you will see your 50 most recently created events. However, you can configure your filters and columns to show the events and data that is the most important to you. Your customizations are saved as you navigate between your list and events. For more information, see Manage your Events list.

Can I still see my labels, tags, and urgency?

Of course! From the Events list, your labels, tags, and event urgency will still display as in previous versions of Fairmarkit.

For RUSH and EMERGENCY requests, the appropriate value will appear before the RFQ ID in all caps and bold on the RFQ Detail view. This value will also appear as a tag on the Events list and the Urgency filter can be used to identify requests by their Urgency level.

Do actions work the same?

Yes, your event actions remain the same. You can select one or more events on the Events list and select an action from the menu. Or from the Events list or the event detail page, you can use the actions menu for a specific event. The available list of actions depends on the event's type, status, and your company configuration in Fairmarkit.
