# Catalogs

With the Catalogs section, you can upload your product catalog. This helps match buyer requests to your catalog, ensuring you receive relevant invitations, saving you time and providing opportunities to grow your business.

### Is there a catalog template? <a href="#isthereacatalogtemplate" id="isthereacatalogtemplate"></a>

You can download a template from the Catalogs screen.

#### Catalog template descriptions

For each good or service, you can enter the following information:

### Are there any catalog restrictions? <a href="#arethereanycatalogrestrictions" id="arethereanycatalogrestrictions"></a>

When attaching your catalog, keep the following in mind:

* **File size**: Each catalog file can be up to *100MB*.
* **File types**: The following file formats are accepted: *XML*, *JSON*, *CSV*, *XLS*, *XLSX*

### Add a catalog <a href="#addacatalog" id="addacatalog"></a>

* Drag and drop your file to the Upload your catalog area.\
  The uploaded file will display on the catalog list.

### Download a catalog <a href="#downloadacatalog" id="downloadacatalog"></a>

* Click **actions** ![](https://2355290214-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FGKTC3T55SVuW5ztzEXd7%2Fuploads%2FUyhDEaoNpXZ0FyTSndcO%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=7d7ad125-f9c0-4b20-b5d0-9d67396c8bb4) and then select **Download catalog**.\
  The catalog file is downloaded to your downloads folder.

### Deactivate a catalog <a href="#deactivateacatalog" id="deactivateacatalog"></a>

* Click **actions** and then select **Deactivate catalog**.\
  The catalog file is marked as Inactive.

### Activate a catalog <a href="#activateacatalog" id="activateacatalog"></a>

  The catalog file is marked as Active.
