# Event closing soon email (RFP/RFI)

A reminder is sent two days before the event closes.

You'll receive a reminder two days before a request for proposal (RFP) or request for information (RFI) event closes.

* (Buyer company name) Procurement - Quote Closing Soon\
  example: *AM Productions Procurement - Quote Closing Soon)*

### Email content <a href="#emailcontent" id="emailcontent"></a>

The email includes:

* Buyer company name
* Event details\
  (Close date and time, event ID)
* Link to respond
* Link to message buyer
* Link to decline the event
