Once data is imported into Fairmarkit, you can find your new events and records in the following locations:

  • Categories: Once a new or updated category is imported, you can review the record on the Administration / Categories tab.

  • Purchase Requisitions: Once a purchase requisition is imported, a new draft request for quote event is created. You can access your events from the Draft tab on the events lists. For more information, see Events.

  • Purchase Orders: Once a purchase order is imported, you cannot view the record but the data will help to improve your supplier recommendations for future events.

  • Requests for proposal or information: Once a request for proposal or request for information is imported, a new draft request for proposal or request for information event is created. You can access your events from the Draft tab on the events lists. For more information, see Events.

  • Suppliers: Once a new or updated supplier is imported, you can review the record on the Suppliers screen.

Why are records missing from my import?

Because flat-file integrations are prone to user and file formatting errors, the import skips any rows with errors and only processes the rows without errors. You can review purchase requisition and supplier imports and processing status in your log directory (e.g., production/logs/).
