Email settings
From the Email settings tab, you can select which Fairmarkit emails will be sent from your company to buyers and suppliers and add default email attachments to be included in the emails.
Access: To access these settings, you will need to be assigned to the Admin role for your organization.

Turn emails on/off
For each email type, you can select if it will be sent to buyers and suppliers during events. For enabled emails, users can still turn off email updates in their individual Notification settings.
Enable email: Select the checkbox next to the email type.
Disable email: Deselect the checkbox next to the email type.
Email attachments
For each email type, you can add attachments that will be included when an email is sent.
Add an attachment
For an email type, click the attach button, and then select files to attach. You can add up to 5 files. Each file can be up to 20 MB and any file type.

Remove an attachment
Hover over the message and click the Delete button to remove the attachment.

Download attachment
Hover over the message and click the Download button to download a copy of the attachment.

Configurable emails
You can configure the following Fairmarkit emails for your company. Click the email name to view a sample email and additional details.
To buyers
The following emails are sent to buyers for their events:
Request for quote (RFQ) events
To suppliers
Te following emails are sent to suppliers when they are invited to events:
Request for quote (RFQ) events
Request for proposal (RFP) events
Request for information (RFI) events
