# Export suppliers from SAP ECC manually

Using the following process, you can manually execute a query to retrieve supplier data in SAP ECC and then upload the data to Fairmarkit’s SFTP. Once uploaded, suppliers will be created or updated in Fairmarkit.

### Query for purchase requisitions <a href="#queryforpurchaserequisitions" id="queryforpurchaserequisitions"></a>

Use the following process to search for and export your purchase requisitions for use in Fairmarkit.

Open the SAP ECC home page and search for *sq01*.\
This SAP ECC view allows you query data.

Click the **QuickViewer** button.\
The QuickViewer screen displays.

Enter a name (e.g., *supplier\_fairmarkit*) for the query, and then click the Create button.\
The Create window displays.

Enter the following:

* **Title**: Enter a title for the query. (e.g . Fairmarkit Supplier query)
* **Data Source**: Select Table join.

Click the green check mark at the bottom of the window.

Add two tables using the **Insert Table** table icon. Use the LFA1 and ADR6 tables.

Right-click on the existing link between the two tables and select Delete Link.

Use your mouse to draw a link between the **ADRNR** field in the LFA1 table and the **ADDRNUMBER** field in the *ADR6* table.

Click the **Back** button. It is located in the upper corner of your screen next to the SAP logo.\
The QuickViewer: Initial Screen displays.

Move all of the fields from **Available fields** to **Fields in list**.

In **Export As**, select local file.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
From the menu, select **Quickview > Execute > Execute** to execute the query.\
The query displays.

In the **Output Format** area, select **File Store**, and then enter the file name according to your Fairmarkit file pattern. Make sure to use the .csv extension:

From the menu, select **Program** > **Execute**. Feel free to modify the maximum number of datasets to be read.\
The Transfer to a Local File window displays.

Select the **With column headers** option.
{% endstep %}

Click the **Transfer** button.\
The file with the data is saved locally on your computer.

### Upload data to Fairmarkit Files <a href="#uploaddatatofairmarkitfiles" id="uploaddatatofairmarkitfiles"></a>

Use the following steps to upload your data to Fairmarkit. Within 15 minutes from uploading, your data will be available in Fairmarkit.

Add your file to the *to\_fairmarkit* folder for the environment (UAT, staging, or production) where you want to create your events.\
